How to post for your state
Everything works on a phone. It takes about two minutes.सब कुछ फ़ोन से हो जाता है — लगभग दो मिनट लगते हैं।
Only members named by the GKC team can post. If you see “You can’t post yet”, ask your state president or write to support@globalkayastha.com.केवल वही सदस्य पोस्ट कर सकते हैं जिन्हें GKC टीम ने अनुमति दी है।
🔑 Step 1: Log in · लॉग इन करें
- Open https://globalkayastha.com on your phone and tap Login (top right).फ़ोन पर वेबसाइट खोलें और ऊपर दाईं ओर Login दबाएँ।
- Type the e-mail or mobile number registered with GKC and tap Send login code.GKC में दर्ज अपना ईमेल या मोबाइल नंबर लिखें और Send login code दबाएँ।
- Open your e-mail, copy the 6-digit code and type it in. (Not in the inbox? Look in Spam or Promotions.)अपना ईमेल खोलें, उसमें आया 6 अंकों का कोड लिखें। ईमेल न दिखे तो Spam या Promotions फ़ोल्डर देखें।
- You stay logged in on that phone for 7 days. Tap My Dashboard → Post for my state.उस फ़ोन पर आप 7 दिन तक लॉग इन रहेंगे। My Dashboard → Post for my state दबाएँ।
✍️ Post an article · लेख पोस्ट करें
- Tap Write an article.Write an article दबाएँ।
- Write a short title, then the article. You can copy text from WhatsApp, Word or Google Docs and paste it — bold, italic, underline and lists are kept.छोटा शीर्षक और फिर लेख लिखें। WhatsApp, Word या Google Docs से कॉपी करके चिपका सकते हैं — बोल्ड, इटैलिक और सूचियाँ बनी रहती हैं।
- Optional: tap Add a cover photo.चाहें तो Add a cover photo दबाकर फ़ोटो जोड़ें।
- Tap Publish. (Not ready? Tap Save as draft and finish later.)Publish दबाएँ। अभी पूरा नहीं हुआ? Save as draft दबाएँ और बाद में पूरा करें।
📅 Post an event · कार्यक्रम पोस्ट करें
- Tap Add an event. Write the event name, date and time.Add an event दबाएँ। कार्यक्रम का नाम, तारीख़ और समय लिखें।
- Write the venue and area. For an online event, paste the Zoom / Google Meet / YouTube link instead.स्थान और इलाका लिखें। ऑनलाइन कार्यक्रम हो तो Zoom / Meet / YouTube लिंक डालें।
- Optional: registration — free (with a seat limit) or paid tickets. Paid events are checked by the GKC team before they go live.चाहें तो रजिस्ट्रेशन चालू करें — मुफ़्त या टिकट वाला। टिकट वाले कार्यक्रम GKC टीम पहले जाँचती है।
- Write the details, add a poster, tap Publish. It appears on your state calendar and the national calendar.विवरण लिखें, पोस्टर जोड़ें और Publish दबाएँ। यह राज्य और राष्ट्रीय कैलेंडर पर दिखेगा।
📊 Start a poll · पोल शुरू करें
- Tap Start a poll and write your question.Start a poll दबाएँ और अपना प्रश्न लिखें।
- Write the answers (at least 2). Tap + Add answer for more.कम से कम 2 विकल्प लिखें। और विकल्पों के लिए + Add answer दबाएँ।
- Choose who can vote and when it closes, then tap Publish. Once someone has voted, the question and answers can’t be changed.कौन वोट कर सकता है और पोल कब बंद होगा, चुनें — फिर Publish। किसी के वोट करने के बाद प्रश्न और विकल्प नहीं बदले जा सकते।
📷 Add photos · फ़ोटो जोड़ें
- Tap Add photos. Give a new album name (e.g. “Diwali Milan 2026”) or choose one of your albums.Add photos दबाएँ। नए एल्बम का नाम लिखें या अपना पुराना एल्बम चुनें।
- Tap Choose photos. Your phone opens its gallery — pick up to 20 photos.Choose photos दबाएँ — फ़ोन की गैलरी खुलेगी, 20 तक फ़ोटो चुनें।
- Wait for the upload bar to finish, add captions if you like, then tap Add photos.अपलोड पूरा होने दें, चाहें तो कैप्शन लिखें, फिर Add photos दबाएँ।
Your phone hides your home’s location inside every photo. GKC removes it (and the phone details) before saving, so it is safe to post.फ़ोन की हर फ़ोटो में घर की लोकेशन छिपी होती है। GKC उसे सेव करने से पहले हटा देता है।
✅ After you post · पोस्ट करने के बाद
- Checking… — the website checks every post automatically. This takes a few seconds.Checking… — वेबसाइट हर पोस्ट अपने-आप जाँचती है, कुछ सेकंड लगते हैं।
- Live — it is on the website. Tap WhatsApp next to it to share.Live — पोस्ट वेबसाइट पर है। शेयर करने के लिए WhatsApp दबाएँ।
- Under review — the GKC team will look at it; you will get an e-mail. If you think it was stopped by mistake, tap Appeal.Under review — GKC टीम देखेगी, आपको ईमेल आएगा। गलती से रुकी लगे तो Appeal दबाएँ।
- Change or remove anything any time with Edit or Delete in your list.सूची में Edit या Delete से कभी भी बदलाव करें या हटाएँ।
Please don’t post: abusive words, alcohol, drugs or tobacco, adult content, political campaigning, or other people’s phone/Aadhaar numbers.
